AFFILIATE TERMS, CONDITIONS & GUIDELINES

For the purposes within any reference to “STANMAR INTERNATIONAL USA INC TRADING DBA "SIMPLY DELISH ” shall be defined to include www.simplydelish.net, as well as its directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, and contractors.

AGREEMENT

Simply Delish Affiliates must be at least 18 years old to apply and participate in the program. Upon application submission, Simply Delish Affiliates agrees to the terms and conditions set herein.

SIMPLY DELISH NATURAL will reserve the right to accept, reject, or trial any Simply Delish Affiliate application. If for any reason SIMPLY DELISH finds any wrongful content or misuse of the brand on any social media channels and/or website, it may be cause for immediate termination of this Agreement.

PROGRAM

The purpose of the Simply Delish Affiliate program is to advertise SIMPLY DELISH through social media and for the Simply Delish Affiliate to receive a commission based on the redemption of customized promotional code.

Upon approval of your Simply Delish Affiliate Agreement, SIMPLY DELISH will ship you 1 of each available flavors of SIMPLY DELISH products. The program is intended for social media advertising purposes. All Simply Delish Affiliates must post within one (1) week of receiving their shipment.

Simply Delish Affiliate will be provided one (1) customized coupon code. Coupon codes only to be shared with Simply Delish Affiliate’s social media followers and audience, plus friends and family to promote www.simplydelish.net in which, consumers will receive online savings. Savings to be determined by SIMPLY DELISH. Unauthorized or illegal use of Simply Delish Affiliate coupon code may be subject to termination of this Agreement.

SIMPLY DELISH may modify or cancel this Agreement and guidelines without notice at any time.

Upon termination or cancellation of a Simply Delish Affiliate Agreement, all benefits will be null and void.

PAYOUT

Simply Delish Affiliate will be paid as per "Annexure A" below for every SIMPLY DELISH sold using their custom promotional code via www.simplydelish.net.

COMMISSION SCHEDULE

Commissions will be sent on the 15th of every month for the month prior.

All commissions of $5.00 US Dollars or less, excluding shipping, tax, and fees will be paid on a quarterly basis.

All returns and/or refunds on orders generated from a Simply Delish Affiliate code will be deducted from the total monthly payout. A monthly detailed summary will be provided for your reference.

All approved Simply Delish Affiliates must have a valid PayPal account for payouts to be paid through SIMPLY DELISH. For any questions regarding a payout email:

POSTING MINIMUMS

Simply Delish Affiliate agrees to post a minimum of one time per month on Instagram & Facebook. 

SIMPLY DELISH post(s) must remain on the Simply Delish Affiliate’s grid feed during their Agreement.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Simply Delish Affiliates are not an employee of SIMPLY DELISH or their respected vendors, manufacturers or contractors. Simply Delish Affiliates are deemed independent contractors and must complete a 1099 form when applying. A 1099 statement will be issued for every calendar year. A Simply Delish Affiliate will receive a 1099 for any payouts accrued at $600.00 or more in one calendar year, as governed by law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

SIMPLY DELISH is not liable for any damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of data, income, or profit; loss of/or damage to property; and/ or claims of third parties.

INDEMNIFICATION

Simply Delish Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold SIMPLY DELISH and its employees, contractors, vendors, and manufacturers harmless of liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, expenses, and attorney fees.
